North Judson Family Practice
The North Judson Family Practice is conveniently located in downtown North Judson.
The clinic is staffed with two Physicians, Dr. Jennifer Biesiadecki, DO, and Dr. Melissa Zahrt, MD, one nurse practitioner, Diana Braun, FNP-BC, and one Physician Assistant, Julie Lena, PA-C. As a family medical practice, all four providers can see and treat patients of all ages for a variety of conditions and ailments.
Additionally, Behavioral Health Services are provided by Chris Knapp, LCSW, on Monday and Tuesday each week.
North Judson Family Practice is open Monday – Friday each week.
