Medical and Surgical Group

Culver Medical Center is a Family Medical Practice conveniently located in downtown Culver, Indiana. The clinic is staffed with one Physician, Dr. Tim Day, and one Nurse Practitioner, Alexa Good, FNP-C. As a family medicine practice, Dr. Day and Alexa can treat patients of all ages for various conditions and ailments.

Additionally, Behavioral Health Services are provided by Sandra Ringer, LCSW-RPT-S, on Wednesday and Thursday each week.

The Culver Medical Center sees patients on Monday – Friday each week.
